How to join BeTranslated as an active member?

After you register in our database of freelance translators, we will review your application and when the need arises, we will contact you with a project that matches your skills.
 
We will send you a small text or a first small paid project to test your skills. Once you have succeeded in several projects and a mutual confidence is in place, BeTranslated will place your profile on our site and you will start receiving more freelance jobs from us in your language pair(s) and field of specialization. Over time, BeTranslated will offer you the opportunity to become a more active member.

If you have associates with whom you already work regularly as a team, you may submit a collective presentation that we will gladly post on our website. We are limiting the language pairs and translation subject matters at present since we want to establish teams of qualified translators, a task that requires much time, energy and dedication.

In order to process your application faster, please ensure that you provided us with all details specified in the freelance form. Partial or half-completed applications will not be accepted.

Since we work as a network of freelancers spread all around the world and value instant communication, we will give priority to those who identify use of an Instant Messenger system (AOL, MSN, ICQ,…) and who provide their complete contact info.
