We are not ISO certified, but we can work according to the ISO 17100 standard for translation services when a project calls for it. Our own quality process combines native-speaker translation, independent linguistic review by a second linguist, and a final project-manager check before delivery. Google Search Console data is read through a read-only Google service account whose credentials are stored as encrypted environment variables on our hosting platform, never in a database, and access is gated behind our own admin authentication. Analytics run only when explicitly configured for a given deployment, with IP anonymization enabled, and our internal lead-tracking system is built not to collect names, emails, or free-text content at all, by design, not just by policy. We do not store or hold standing access credentials for any client's CMS, website, or hosting platform: where access is needed to deliver a project, it is granted per-engagement directly on the client's own platform, and we do not retain login credentials, API keys, or OAuth tokens on our systems afterward. Projects are translated by native-speaking specialists and then reviewed by a second linguist. We do not ship unedited machine translation. Where a client wants machine translation with human post-editing for speed on large volumes, we offer it as a clearly labeled, separate service.

Your files are handled only by the linguists and project managers assigned to your work, under confidentiality agreements. We can sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) on request and use secure transfer for sensitive material. Your documents are never used to train public AI tools.
